How Momentous pricing actually works

There is no coupon box on livemomentous.com, and on 09/28/2026 no code was printed on any page checked. The discount levers are the subscription discount and the free-shipping threshold, both applied automatically. Separately, Momentous accepts HSA/FSA funds through Truemed at checkout, with eligibility confirmed by a survey after purchase (Momentous HSA/FSA page). Prices seen that day:

The 10% column is computed from the ‘10% off future deliveries’ line shown on the subscriptions page and in each product’s Subscribe box; the product pages print only the first-order price, so confirm the renewal amount on your first renewal email.

The cheapest honest path

1. Subscribe for the first order, then decide. The 25% discount applies to the first subscription order, and the subscriptions page says you can skip, swap or cancel from your account. A first-order cancel is allowed under the terms as written. Whether you keep it depends on whether the 10% renewal price still beats your alternative.
2. Run the annual math on creatine. At one serving a day a 90-serving jar lasts about three months. Four jars one-time cost $171.96; on subscription, $32.24 plus three renewals at $38.69 is $148.31, a saving of about $23.65 a year. Real but small. A plain creatine monohydrate from a discount retailer is usually cheaper per gram; what you pay Momentous for is the NSF Certified for Sport mark and the published certificates of analysis.
3. Clear $99 or expect a shipping charge. A single creatine jar never reaches the threshold. Creatine plus whey one-time is $112.98 and ships free; the same pair on a first subscription order is $84.73 and does not, so compare checkout totals, not line prices.

Exclusions, fees and the refund reality

• The free-shipping line reads “U.S. Orders $99+”. International rates are calculated at checkout, and all international orders are final with no returns.
• The shipping policy asks Canada and Australia buyers to keep each product to a 90-day supply, and Japan buyers to two months, to stay under customs personal-exemption limits. Puerto Rico ships as a U.S. address, but the shipping policy does not say so explicitly, so check the rate at checkout before assuming free shipping applies.
• The whey and magnesium L-threonate product pages advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee (the creatine page says only “Money back guarantee”), while the refund policy says delivered consumables are generally not returnable and shipping costs are not refunded. Read both as: contact support within 30 days, do not ship anything back unasked. The help center, which holds the guarantee’s full conditions, could not be opened on 09/28/2026.

What the certification does and does not mean

NSF’s Certified for Sport program, in its own words, verifies that a product does not contain unsafe levels of contaminants, prohibited substances or masking agents, and that the label matches the contents (NSF, What Our Mark Means). NSF’s certified-products directory lists Momentous creatine, whey protein isolate and magnesium threonate; Momentous carries the mark on the creatine, whey and magnesium L-threonate pages, and posts lot results on its certificate of analysis page. That matters because the FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, and the manufacturer, not the agency, is responsible for what is in the jar (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements).

Certification says nothing about whether the ingredient works. The International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand reports that creatine stores can generally be maintained on 3 to 5 g a day once saturated, with larger athletes sometimes needing 5 to 10 g (ISSN creatine position stand, 2017), so the 90-serving jar is a 90-day supply at the standard dose. For protein, the ISSN puts a useful daily intake for exercising people at 1.4 to 2.0 g per kilogram of body weight, with 20 to 40 g per dose (ISSN protein position stand, 2017); at 20 g a scoop, the Momentous isolate sits at the low end of one dose, worth knowing at $2.80 a serving one-time, or the $2.09 the product page prints for a first subscription order. Momentous markets magnesium L-threonate for sleep and cognitive support; those are the brand’s structure/function claims, and this page makes no claim either way.

One company fact from the Momentous Standard page: the brand says it pulled Fadogia from its lineup in 2024 after its science team decided the research was not holding up. That is the kind of decision this site wants to see more of.

What changed since the 2012 version of this site

Momentous did not exist in this site’s Commission Junction era, when the supplement pages here pointed at Bodybuilding.com promo codes for a big-box storefront. The Momentous model is the opposite: one brand, no codes, a subscription discount and a certification premium. The deal is choosing the right order size, not finding a code.

Affiliate program status

Momentous runs its own program rather than a CJ or Impact listing: the affiliate and ambassador page lists a 15% commission, a 30-day cookie, a new-customer bonus and quarterly incentives, with applications through a hosted portal (momentous.current.tech) and questions to affiliates@livemomentous.com. This site has not applied as of 09/28/2026, and no link on this page earns a commission.
